  1. 1Put egg yolks in a mixing bowl, (egg whites in the other bowl), add sugar and soft butter to egg yolks and beat with a food mixer.
  2. 2Add milk, keep mixing and then add sifted flour. Mix thoroughly.
  3. 3In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites to a foam condition and then mix with other ingredients. Batter is ready to bake. Bake in a waffle maker.
