  1. 1Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. 2Lightly grease silicone cups with vegetable oil.
  3. 3Whisk eggs and add the remaining ingredients. Reserve 1/4 of the cheese.
  4. 4Pour into silicone cups and cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes.
  5. 5Remove from the cups and top with cheese.
