Turmeric Ginger Chicken Saute

Ingredients
- 1/4 tbsp paprikaNutrition
- 2 tsps turmericNutrition
- 1 tsp saltNutrition
- 1 tbsp olive oilNutrition
- 4 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breastNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped red cabbageNutrition
- 1 clove garlicNutrition
- 2 tsps gingerNutrition
- 1 tbsp chopped red onionNutrition
- 1 tbsp parsleyNutrition
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepperNutrition
- 1 package spinachNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepperNutrition
Directions
- 1Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2Add bell peppers and sauté 1 minute.
- 3Add onion and sauté 1 minute.
- 4Reduce heat to medium; stir in cabbage, ginger, and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 5Add chicken and remaining ingredients except for spinach. Cook 5 minutes stirring frequently.
- 6Stir in drained spinach and reduce heat to low. Cook 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
