- 1Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- 2Spray pan with cooking spray.
- 3Grind pistachios, garlic, basil, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper in blender or processor.
- 4Coat top of tilapia with liquid stevia.
- 5Press coated side onto pistachio mixture to coat.
- 6Bake 15-17 minutes until fish flakes with a fork.
