Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. 2Spray pan with cooking spray.
  3. 3Grind pistachios, garlic, basil, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper in blender or processor.
  4. 4Coat top of tilapia with liquid stevia.
  5. 5Press coated side onto pistachio mixture to coat.
  6. 6Bake 15-17 minutes until fish flakes with a fork.
