- 1Put carrot in a deep bowl (make sure to have enough carrots for each person to have 3/4 cup serving).
- 2Mix carrots with the olive oil and honey evenly.
- 3Add some salt and pepper if desired or any other spices like dill or oregano if you wish.
- 4Put in slow cooker and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Any left-overs can be refrigerated for the next night.
