  1. 1Put carrot in a deep bowl (make sure to have enough carrots for each person to have 3/4 cup serving).
  2. 2Mix carrots with the olive oil and honey evenly.
  3. 3Add some salt and pepper if desired or any other spices like dill or oregano if you wish.
  4. 4Put in slow cooker and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Any left-overs can be refrigerated for the next night.
