Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsps xanthan gumNutrition
- 1/2 tsp saltNutrition
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oilNutrition
- 1/2 cup instant oatmealNutrition
- 1/4 cup chopped walnutsNutrition
- 1 tbsp almond flourNutrition
- 1 cup almond meal flourNutrition
- 2 cups finely ground tapioca flourNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice flourNutrition
- 2 large eggsNutrition
- 3 tbsps honeyNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups waterNutrition
- 1 package bakers yeast (active dry)Nutrition
Directions
- 1Mix warm water (110°F), honey, oats, oil and yeast. Let stand for 10 minutes.
- 2Put remaining dry ingredients into a bowl and whisk until well blended.
- 3Add eggs (room temperature) and yeast mixture using a mixer.
- 4Pour the batter in a bread mold lined with parchment paper. Decorate as desired.
- 5Bake on center rack at 375°F for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches at least 200°F.
- 6Let cool for 10-15 minutes before removing parchment from pan. Let the loaf cool completely before cutting.
