Directions

  1. 1Rinse noodles thoroughly, under running water while moving around to remove all package liquid.
  2. 2Add chicken broth to a pot.
  3. 3Add everything all at once, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. 4Adjust seasonings, adding salt to taste.
  5. 5Garnish with fresh Thai basil or cilantro.
  6. 6Note: miracle noodles can be used instead of shirataki noodles
