- 1Blend granola with peanut butter and egg.
- 2Spread on parchment paper.
- 3Cover with another piece of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to form large rectangle about 1/4 “ thick.
- 4Use knife to score bars approx 1 1/2 “ x 3”. Should yield 8.
- 5Bake in 325 degree oven for 15 min.
