  1. 1Preheat griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. 2Combine protein powder and egg whites together.
  3. 3Dredge both sides of bread, one slice at a time, in egg/protein mixture and place on sprayed griddle.
  4. 4Cook until browned on one side then flip to brown other side.
  5. 5Serve with sugar free maple syrup.
