- 1Mix flour with water, mix, and rest for 60 minutes.
- 2Mix in salt and rest for 30 minutes.
- 3Mix in yeast and rest for 30 minutes.
- 4Stretch and fold, then rest for 60 minutes. Repeat this step for two more times.
- 5Shape into a ball. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- 6Next day, preheat the oven to 450°F.
- 7Score the dough and bake for 40 minutes.
