  1. 1Mix flour with water, mix, and rest for 60 minutes.
  2. 2Mix in salt and rest for 30 minutes.
  3. 3Mix in yeast and rest for 30 minutes.
  4. 4Stretch and fold, then rest for 60 minutes. Repeat this step for two more times.
  5. 5Shape into a ball. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. 6Next day, preheat the oven to 450°F.
  7. 7Score the dough and bake for 40 minutes.
