Crockpot Turkey with Herb Vegetable Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauceNutrition
- 4 tbsps chives & onion cream cheeseNutrition
- 2 tbsps butterNutrition
- 1/4 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 1/2 tsp sageNutrition
- 1/2 tsp leaves thymeNutrition
- 4 leaves basilNutrition
- 1 carrotNutrition
- 2 small celery stalksNutrition
- 1 clove garlicNutrition
- 6 sprigs parsleyNutrition
- 1/2 medium red pepperNutrition
- 2 1/2 lbs turkey breastNutrition
Directions
- 1Melt butter in small bowl. Stir in cream cheese and soy sauce.
- 2Chop fine carrot, celery, red pepper, garlic, parsley and basil. Combine with butter/cream cheese mixture.
- 3Stir in thyme, sage and black pepper.
- 4Remove skin from boneless turkey breast. Rinse and place turkey breast in crockpot.
- 5Spread vegetable mixture over turkey breast.
- 6Cook in crockpot on low for 7 to 10 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours.
- 7Spoon vegetable broth over turkey slices to serve.
