Crockpot Turkey with Herb Vegetable Sauce

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1Melt butter in small bowl. Stir in cream cheese and soy sauce.
  2. 2Chop fine carrot, celery, red pepper, garlic, parsley and basil. Combine with butter/cream cheese mixture.
  3. 3Stir in thyme, sage and black pepper.
  4. 4Remove skin from boneless turkey breast. Rinse and place turkey breast in crockpot.
  5. 5Spread vegetable mixture over turkey breast.
  6. 6Cook in crockpot on low for 7 to 10 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours.
  7. 7Spoon vegetable broth over turkey slices to serve.
