Ingredients
- 1 tbsp avocado oilNutrition
- 2 beef bouillon cubesNutrition
- 1 medium red bell pepperNutrition
- 1 medium green bell pepperNutrition

- 16.5 oz low sodium 100% vegetable juiceNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups diced tomatoesNutrition
- 6 cups chopped cabbageNutrition
- 7 stalks medium celeryNutrition
Directions
- 1Dice the onion, peppers, and celery. Sauté in oil until tender crisp.
- 2Add tomatoes, vegetable juice, onion soup dry mix and beef cubes. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- 3Chop cabbage into small pieces. Add to pot and cook for 15 minutes.
- 4Serve or store in jars for later consumption.
