Directions

  1. 1Dice the onion, peppers, and celery. Sauté in oil until tender crisp.
  2. 2Add tomatoes, vegetable juice, onion soup dry mix and beef cubes. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. 3Chop cabbage into small pieces. Add to pot and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. 4Serve or store in jars for later consumption.
