Directions
- 1Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic. Mix in 2 tablespoons of arrowroot and a tablespoon of chili powder.
- 2Cut chuck roast into bite sized pieces, then add to butter mixture and brown.
- 3Stir in tomatoes, remaining spices and water.
- 4Bring to a boil.
- 5Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
