- 1Grind oatmeal using food processor or blender.
- 2Mix oats, cream cheese, and egg whites together.
- 3Heat a non-stick pan to low medium. Take a ladle of the batter and pour it onto the pan
- 4Cook the crêpes for 1-2 minutes on both sides until the edges are done and the middle is no longer liquid.
- 5Transfer top a plate and top with fruits.
