Directions

  1. 1Saute onions and garlic in olive oil, let cool.
  2. 2Mix together all ingredients.
  3. 3Spray 10" pie pan with cooking spray.
  4. 4Add mixture to pie pan.
  5. 5Bake in 350 °F (175 °C) oven for 45 minutes.
  6. 6Note: herbs and other vegetables such as mushrooms can be added if available.
