Directions
- 1Saute onions and garlic in olive oil, let cool.
- 2Mix together all ingredients.
- 3Spray 10" pie pan with cooking spray.
- 4Add mixture to pie pan.
- 5Bake in 350 °F (175 °C) oven for 45 minutes.
- 6Note: herbs and other vegetables such as mushrooms can be added if available.
