Oven Roasted Potatoes
These potatoes are roasted until crispy.

Ingredients
Directions
- 1Wash potatoes and cut into smaller than 1" cubes.
- 2Mix olive oil and spices.
- 3Spray baking dish with cooking spray like Pam.
- 4Place potatoes into baking dish and pour oil mixture over potatoes. Stir well.
- 5Bake at 400° F (200° C) for approximately 30 minutes or until potatoes are nicely brown.
- 6Note: for less cook time, pre-cook the potatoes in the microwave for 2 - 3 minutes before placing in the oven.
- 7Note: other variations include, sprinkle potatoes with any type of cheese before serving or add onions and/or red and green peppers for flavor.
