Oven Roasted Potatoes

These potatoes are roasted until crispy.

Directions

  1. 1Wash potatoes and cut into smaller than 1" cubes.
  2. 2Mix olive oil and spices.
  3. 3Spray baking dish with cooking spray like Pam.
  4. 4Place potatoes into baking dish and pour oil mixture over potatoes. Stir well.
  5. 5Bake at 400° F (200° C) for approximately 30 minutes or until potatoes are nicely brown.
  6. 6Note: for less cook time, pre-cook the potatoes in the microwave for 2 - 3 minutes before placing in the oven.
  7. 7Note: other variations include, sprinkle potatoes with any type of cheese before serving or add onions and/or red and green peppers for flavor.
