- 1Pre-heat oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- 2In resealable bag or shallow dish combing oats, and all spices. Mix well and set aside.
- 3Brush each chicken breast with Dijon mustard.
- 4Add chicken to oat mixture with tongs and turn to coat both sides.
- 5Transfer chicken to prepared baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
- 6Bake 30 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
