Chocolate Chip Scones

  1. 1Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter.
  2. 2Stir in orange juice and chocolate chips.
  3. 3Roll into a 9" circle (approx. 1/2" thick). Then cut into about 10 triangles.
  4. 4Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 400° F (200° C) for approximately 12 minutes.
  5. 5Note: instead of using chocolate chips and orange juice, you could make them plain or with raisins and apple juice, or cranberries and orange juice.
