  1. 1Bring a pot of water to a boil. Blanch the broccoli rabe for 3 minutes, then put in an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
  2. 2Add everything to a food processor, except the olive oil. Pulse until combined, then drizzle in the olive oil, scraping the sides of the processor to make sure everything gets processed.
  3. 3Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4Note: delicious on crispy toast rounds or a couple tablespoons mixed with hot cooked pasta.
