  1. 1Brown the ground beef in a pan and add the chopped onion and celery until onion is clear.
  2. 2Place bhe beef, onion and celery mix in to a 5 qt slow cooker and add all other ingredients.
  3. 3Stir and cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours.
