Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry
Terrific chicken stir-fry that can use any vegetables you like.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsps olive oilNutrition
- 1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinlessNutrition
- 1/2 cup chicken brothNutrition
- 2 cloves garlicNutrition
- 1 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 1 cup chopped green pepperNutrition
- 1 hot chili pepperNutrition
- 1 cup chopped red pepperNutrition
- 6 tbsps soy sauceNutrition
- 1 1/2 oz cornstarchNutrition
Directions
- 1Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil for 3-5 minutes.
- 2Add sliced chicken to pan and cook until no longer pink.
- 3Add green pepper, red pepper, chili pepper, and chicken stock.
- 4Cook until vegetables are at a consistency that you prefer.
- 5In small bowl mix cornstarch with soy sauce.
- 6Add soy sauce mixture to stir fry stir, sauce will thicken.
- 7Serve over brown rice.
