Terrific chicken stir-fry that can use any vegetables you like.

Directions

  1. 1Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil for 3-5 minutes.
  2. 2Add sliced chicken to pan and cook until no longer pink.
  3. 3Add green pepper, red pepper, chili pepper, and chicken stock.
  4. 4Cook until vegetables are at a consistency that you prefer.
  5. 5In small bowl mix cornstarch with soy sauce.
  6. 6Add soy sauce mixture to stir fry stir, sauce will thicken.
  7. 7Serve over brown rice.
