Crock Pot Chicken Thighs with Vegetables

- 1Rinse chicken and remove skin, leaving the bone in.
- 2Place a layer of thighs in the bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle with seasonings. Repeat until all thighs are in the pot.
- 3Pour a cup of chicken broth down the side of the pot, being careful not to disturb the seasonings.
- 4Cook on high setting of crock pot for 4 hours.
- 5Add mixed vegetables, recover and cook for 1 hour or until vegetables are heated through.
