7 Layer Chip Dip
My mom's awesome famous 7 layer chip dip that is simple yet sure to wow your guests who will flock to your event when they hear this dip will be there.

Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp garlic saltNutrition
- 1/2 fl oz lime juiceNutrition
- 3 tbsp taco seasoningNutrition
- 3/4 cup diced tomatoesNutrition
- 3/4 cup shredded Mexican blend cheeseNutrition
- 1/2 cup sliced black olivesNutrition
- 2 cups vegetarian refried beansNutrition
- 2 avocadosNutrition
- 2 stalks green onionNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped or sliced red tomatoesNutrition
- 12 oz light sour creamNutrition
- 4 oz light mayonnaiseNutrition
Directions
- 1Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning in small bowl.
- 2In another small bowl remove flesh from avocados and mash, then add lime juice and garlic salt.
- 3In a 13 x 9" serving pan or two 8" round pans evenly spread refried beans, I use the back of a large spoon.
- 4Spread avocado mixture on top of refried beans layer.
- 5Spread seasoning mixture on top of avocado layer.
- 6Sprinkle shredded cheese to cover top of seasoning layer, top with diced tomatoes, sliced olives and sliced green onions.
- 7Serve with tortilla chips, use lime flavored tortilla chips for an even bigger hit!
