Directions

  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. 2Spray cake pan with non-stick spray and add margarine. Put in preheating oven until margarine melt.
  3. 3Remove from oven and sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the bottom.
  4. 4Cut thin slices of pear and arrange at bottom of cake pan.
  5. 5Mix remainder of ingredients starting with dry and adding wet last.
  6. 6Mix until combined and pour on top of pears in cake pan.
  7. 7Bake 35-40 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
  8. 8Let cake cool in pan 10 minutes, then invert onto cake plate.
