Cheesy Bean Burgers

Very quick and easy to make bean burgers that taste really nice.

  1. 1Crumble the slices of bread into a food processor.
  2. 2Add the beans (drained and rinsed), the finely chopped onions, the low fat soft cheese and the salt and pepper.
  3. 3Whiz in the food processor to create rough paste.
  4. 4Put the oil into a frying pan (or use spray oil) and heat it gently.
  5. 5Either using your hands or a large spoon, shape the mixture into burgers.
  6. 6Fry the burgers 4 at a time in the pan. Fry each side for 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7Serve with salad.
