Cheesy Bean Burgers
Very quick and easy to make bean burgers that taste really nice.

- 1Crumble the slices of bread into a food processor.
- 2Add the beans (drained and rinsed), the finely chopped onions, the low fat soft cheese and the salt and pepper.
- 3Whiz in the food processor to create rough paste.
- 4Put the oil into a frying pan (or use spray oil) and heat it gently.
- 5Either using your hands or a large spoon, shape the mixture into burgers.
- 6Fry the burgers 4 at a time in the pan. Fry each side for 2-3 minutes.
- 7Serve with salad.
