Crustless Broccoli Quiche

Directions

  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 375° F (200° C).
  2. 2Par cook brocolli by steaming.
  3. 3Spray 9" pie plate and spread cooked brocolli in bottom.
  4. 4Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. 5In large bowl combine remaining ingredients stirring with a whisk until well blended.
  6. 6Pour egg custard mixture over brocolli and cheese.
  7. 7Bake in pre-heated oven for 35 minutes until firm.
