Directions
- 1Cook onion in balsamic and brown sugar set aside.
- 2Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and heat steak seasoned with pepper and salt.
- 3Prepare arugula and tomatoes.
- 4Mix red wine vinegar and olive oil for dressing.
- 5Toss all of ingredients together.
