Directions
- 1Bring water to a boil with pinch of salt.
- 2Add broccoli and arugula and boil until broccoli is soft.
- 3Allow to cool and then puree in blender until smooth.
- 4Add spices and season to taste. Reheat when serving.
- 5Note: sprinkle tiny bit of cheese or drizzle olive oil on top prior to eating.
