Directions

  1. 1Bring water to a boil with pinch of salt.
  2. 2Add broccoli and arugula and boil until broccoli is soft.
  3. 3Allow to cool and then puree in blender until smooth.
  4. 4Add spices and season to taste. Reheat when serving.
  5. 5Note: sprinkle tiny bit of cheese or drizzle olive oil on top prior to eating.
