Ingredients
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheeseNutrition
- 1/4 cup margarineNutrition
- 3/4 cup fat free skim milkNutrition
- 1/2 cup light cream cheeseNutrition
- 1/4 tsp garlic powderNutrition
- 9 oz fettuccineNutrition
- 0.12 tsp ground nutmegNutrition
- 1/4 tsp white pepperNutrition
- 2 cups chopped small broccoli floretsNutrition
- 1 cup chopped carrotsNutrition
Directions
- 1Place cream cheese, milk, parmesan cheese and butter in small saucepan; cook on medium-low heat until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
- 2Add pepper, garlic powder and nutmeg; stir until well blended.
- 3Meanwhile, add vegetables and pasta to 2 1/2 qt. boiling water in large saucepan; cook 3 minutes. Drain.
- 4Toss pasta mixture with cream cheese mixture.
