  1. 1Place cream cheese, milk, parmesan cheese and butter in small saucepan; cook on medium-low heat until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
  2. 2Add pepper, garlic powder and nutmeg; stir until well blended.
  3. 3Meanwhile, add vegetables and pasta to 2 1/2 qt. boiling water in large saucepan; cook 3 minutes. Drain.
  4. 4Toss pasta mixture with cream cheese mixture.
  5. 5Note: based on a recipe from Kraft Philadelphia.
