- 2 oz organic protein plant based protein powder sweet vanilla beanNutrition
- 3 cups whole grain oatmealNutrition
- 1 cup almond breeze unsweetened vanilla milkNutrition
- 1/2 cup organic unsweetened apple sauceNutrition
- 5 oz 0% fat plain greek yogurtNutrition
- 1 medium appleNutrition
- 1 tsp cinnamonNutrition
- 1 tsp vanilla extractNutrition

Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C).
- 2Chop apple into small pieces.
- 3Mix the wet ingredients together.
- 4Mix the dry ingredients together, then combine both with apple.
- 5Grease cupcake pan with coconut oil, then fill each with the batter.
- 6Bake for 15-18 minutes.
- 7Let cool 20 minutes before eating.
