  1. 1Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C).
  2. 2Chop apple into small pieces.
  3. 3Mix the wet ingredients together.
  4. 4Mix the dry ingredients together, then combine both with apple.
  5. 5Grease cupcake pan with coconut oil, then fill each with the batter.
  6. 6Bake for 15-18 minutes.
  7. 7Let cool 20 minutes before eating.
