  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  2. 2Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
  3. 3Add garlic, sauté 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and 1/4 cup parsley.
  4. 4Reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes. Add shrimp, cook 5 minutes.
  5. 5Pour shrimp mixture into a 13 x 9" baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.
  6. 6Bake at 400 °F for 10 minutes. Sprinkle remaining parsley, lemon juice and pepper.
  7. 7Serve over your favorite pasta.
