Green Beans Alfredo

  1. 1Boil green beans in a quart of water until they start to get tender.
  2. 2Drain green beans and place them in a medium baking dish. Set aside. Heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  3. 3In a saucepan, heat olive oil on medium heat.
  4. 4Throw in minced garlic and stir until slightly browned, add heavy cream and cream cheese.
  5. 5Break up cream cheese with spatula. Keep stirring until cream cheese is mostly melted. Remove from heat, stir in the parmesan cheese.
  6. 6Pour cheese mixture over green beans and stir to coat.
  7. 7Place in 350 °F oven for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  8. 8Let cool about 10 minutes before serving. Salt and pepper to taste.
