Directions
- 1Dice the mushrooms, peppers, and onions and set aside.
- 2Bring water in a medium pan to boil and once boiling add your rigatoni.
- 3In a saucepan on medium low heat pour traditional sauce along with peppers, onions and mushrooms and cover.
- 4In a frying pan cook and chop your ground turkey until fully cooked, once cooked drain and add it to your sauce.
- 5Once rigatoni is done strain the pasta for serving.
- 6Place 1 cup of rigatoni on plate and cover with 1 cup of your completed meat sauce. Add 3 slices of turkey pepperoni and top with your shredded mozzarella.
- 7Enjoy.
