Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray an 8x8 dish with cooking spray.
- 2Cook sausage, crumble. Drain. Remove from heat.
- 3Dice up peppers and chop spinach. Add to hamburger. Put mixture into prepared dish.
- 4Grate cheese, put over top of hamburger mixture.
- 5Scramble eggs, pour over hamburger and cheese mixture.
- 6Bake on middle oven rack for 40 minutes, check for doneness. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
