Directions

  1. 1Cook onion, celery and garlic in olive oil over medium-high heat until soft.
  2. 2Add chicken broth, black beans, coriander and cayenne pepper. Simmer uncovered, about 10 minutes.
  3. 3Stir in balsamic vinegar.
  4. 4Serve warm and garnish with cilantro.
  5. 5Note: optional to take soup (when cooled) and transfer to blender and process to smooth consistency. Serve warmed.
