  1. 1In a bowl, combine beans, red pepper, corn, celery, onions and dry parsley.
  2. 2To mix dressing: whisk together the vinegar, mustard, sweetener, salt and pepper. Whisk in oil and water.
  3. 3Pour over salad and mix well.
  4. 4Cover and refrigerate.
