Directions
- 1Chop chicken into cubes.
- 2Sauté garlic in olive oil.
- 3Mix chicken, mushrooms, tomato, garlic and thyme together.
- 4Chop the half of the onion into half.
- 5Alternate a piece of onion, a mushroom, two pieces of cubed chicken and tomato onto bamboo skewer that has been soaking in cold water.
- 6Continue alternating until skewer is full. Should be about 3 mushrooms and 3 tomatoes per skewer.
- 7Grill on pre-heated grill on about low to med for about 5 minutes per side.
- 8Note: remember, chicken will cook faster because it is cubed.
