BBQ Chicken with Mustard Glaze

Directions
- 1Combine ingredients 2 through 6 in a small bowl and rub onto chicken breast.
- 2Combine Ketchup, brown sugar, red wine vinegar and Dijon mustard in another bowl and set aside.
- 3Spray grill pan with cooking spray like Pam and heat to medium-high.
- 4Grill chicken on one side for 8 minutes. Turn chicken and baste with ketchup mixture.
- 5Grill for another 8 minutes and baste 2nd side with ketchup mixture.
- 6Continue to cook and baste until internal temperature reaches 170 °F (75 °C).
