BBQ Chicken with Mustard Glaze

  1. 1Combine ingredients 2 through 6 in a small bowl and rub onto chicken breast.
  2. 2Combine Ketchup, brown sugar, red wine vinegar and Dijon mustard in another bowl and set aside.
  3. 3Spray grill pan with cooking spray like Pam and heat to medium-high.
  4. 4Grill chicken on one side for 8 minutes. Turn chicken and baste with ketchup mixture.
  5. 5Grill for another 8 minutes and baste 2nd side with ketchup mixture.
  6. 6Continue to cook and baste until internal temperature reaches 170 °F (75 °C).
