- 1Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- 2Mix honey, lemon juice and soy sauce together.
- 3Marinate chicken in the honey mixture for at least 30 minutes (can be longer if you want the mixture to really soak in).
- 4Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
- 5Be sure to baste the chicken a few times during cooking so that chicken does not dry out.
