  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. 2Mix honey, lemon juice and soy sauce together.
  3. 3Marinate chicken in the honey mixture for at least 30 minutes (can be longer if you want the mixture to really soak in).
  4. 4Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
  5. 5Be sure to baste the chicken a few times during cooking so that chicken does not dry out.
