  1. 1Cut the raw chicken breast into bite sized pieces.
  2. 2Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
  3. 3Add chicken, garlic powder and onion powder; stir.
  4. 4Stir in sweet and sour sauce, pineapple chunks in juice and brown sugar.
  5. 5Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
  6. 6Add frozen vegetables during the last 30 minutes of cooking and cook on high.
