- 1 3/4 cups cannellini beansNutrition
- 1/4 tsp cinnamonNutrition
- 1/2 tsp cuminNutrition
- 1 tsp curryNutrition
- 1/8 tsp nutmegNutrition
- 1 tsp pepperNutrition
- 1 tbsp cayenneNutrition
- 1 tsp leaves thymeNutrition
- 2 tbsps basilNutrition
- 1 tsp saltNutrition
- 2 tbsps olive oilNutrition
- 1 cup chicken stockNutrition
- 1 cup chicken bouillonNutrition
- 11.2 oz turkey breast meatNutrition
- 2 cloves garlicNutrition
- 1 medium yellow onionNutrition
- 2 large whole tomatoesNutrition
- 1 cup waterNutrition
- 1/2 lb green beansNutrition
Directions
- 1In pot, heat olive oil and brown diced onions.
- 2Chop green beans to 1" lengths and add to onions.
- 3Mince garlic into mixture and add tomatoes.
- 4Cube and add turkey and beans.
- 5Add spices with bouillon, stock and water.
- 6Leave to cook until ingredients have combined well.
- 7Note: you can substitute your favorite beans.
