Directions

  1. 1Mix all ingredients.
  2. 2Drop onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper in 1 to 2 tablespoon servings.
  3. 3Use extra brown sugar substitute if desired, on the back of a fork to press into cookies and flatten into circles.
  4. 4Bake at 350°F for approximately 12 minutes or until puffed in the center, and edges are lightly browned. Let cool before eating.
