  1. 1Pre-heat over to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. 2Using electric mixer, beat eggs and granulated sugar in large bowl.
  3. 3Beat in vanilla, lemon and salt.
  4. 4Add flour, beat until blended.
  5. 5Gradually add cooled (melted) butter in steady stream, beating until blended.
  6. 6Butter and flour madeleine pans. Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into each indentation.
  7. 7Bake until puffed and light brown (about 16 minutes).
  8. 8Cool, gently remove from pan and dust with powdered sugar.
