  1. 1Place turkey, 3 tablespoons of the Tabasco, green onions and cream cheese in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. 2Form 4 patties and refrigerate until ready to cook.
  3. 3Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high.
  4. 4Cook burgers about 8 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  5. 5Place burgers on a Kaiser roll, and top with remaining sweet and spicy Tabasco.
