  1. 1Arrange tortilla chips in a 13x9" baking dish and sprinkle with chicken.
  2. 2Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat; add onion and cook until tender and lightly browned, about 7 minutes.
  3. 3Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute.
  4. 4Add tomatoes, broth, Tabasco chipotle sauce, and salt.
  5. 5Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
  6. 6Stir in cilantro and pour evenly over chips.
  7. 7Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a 400 °F (200 °C) oven until lightly browned and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
  8. 8Serve immediately.
