Thai Sweet & Sour Stir Fried Pork

  1. 1Slice pork into thin strips.
  2. 2Heat oil in large wok and add the finely sliced garlic.
  3. 3Add pork once garlic is golden and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes. Then add sliced onion.
  4. 4Season with fish sauce, sugar, and ground black pepper. Stir in cilantro.
  5. 5Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until pork is cooked through and onion browned.
  6. 6Add all the vegetables sliced longways (cucumber, red pepper, scallions and small wedged tomatoes).
  7. 7Add pineapple chunks and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes. Enjoy!
