Directions
- 1Pre-heat oven to 400° F (200° C) and spray baking sheet.
- 2Cover both sides of fish with creole seasoning, then salt and pepper to taste.
- 3Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- 4To cooked rice, add tomatoes, cilantro, creole seasoning and garlic powder
- 5Continue cooking rice mix on low until fish is cooked, stirring occasionally and adding water if needed to keep from stick to bottom of pan.
- 6Enjoy.
