Ingredients
- 1 tbsp ground basilNutrition
- 1 tbsp parsleyNutrition
- 1/4 tsp red pepper, crushedNutrition
- 1/4 tsp sea saltNutrition
- 3 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breastNutrition
- 1 packet chili sauceNutrition
- 1 stalk medium celeryNutrition
- 2 cloves garlic, mincedNutrition
- 1/4 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 1 large green pepper, choppedNutrition
- 1 medium whole fresh tomato, choppedNutrition
Directions
- 1Spray skillet with cooking spray. Pre-heat pan.
- 2Cook chicken breasts for 3 - 5 minutes, or until no longer pink, on medium-high heat.
- 3Reduce heat. Add tomato with juice, chili sauce, green pepper, celery, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, crushed red pepper, and salt.
- 4Bring to boil then reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
- 5Best when served over hot rice or boiled potatoes.
