  1. 1Spray skillet with cooking spray. Pre-heat pan.
  2. 2Cook chicken breasts for 3 - 5 minutes, or until no longer pink, on medium-high heat.
  3. 3Reduce heat. Add tomato with juice, chili sauce, green pepper, celery, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, crushed red pepper, and salt.
  4. 4Bring to boil then reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
  5. 5Best when served over hot rice or boiled potatoes.
