Berry Balsamic Pork Chops

Directions

  1. 1Heat 12" skillet and oil on medium until hot. Add chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. 2Cook 12 minutes until browned but very slightly pink in center then transfer to plate.
  3. 3Add water, cranberries, vinegar and sugar to skillet. Heat to boiling scraping up browned bits from pan.
  4. 4Add juices from chops on plate and cook 2 minutes until thickened slightly.
  5. 5Pour sauce over chops and serve.
