Mexican Spinach Lasagna

  1. 1Brown hamburger, onion, and taco seasoning. Drain the fat and then stir in the enchilada sauce.
  2. 2In a medium bowl, blend the room temperature cream cheese, egg white, spinach and chiles.
  3. 3In a greased 8x8" pan, layer 1/2 of the meat mixture to cover pan well.
  4. 4Spread spinach mixture on top of that, and then sprinkle 1/2 of the shredded cheese.
  5. 5Place the rest of the meat mixture and spread out. Sprinkle remaining cheese.
  6. 6Bake at 350 °F (175 °C), for 30 minutes.
